Their existing infrastructure was a patchwork of legacy systems — disconnected databases, manual reporting, and paper-based compliance audits.

Our Approach
Discovery & Architecture (Weeks 1-2)
We conducted a thorough audit of their existing systems, mapped data flows, and designed a microservices architecture that could unify their fragmented infrastructure. We chose AWS for HIPAA-eligible hosting and designed the data layer with encryption at rest and in transit.
Core Platform Development (Weeks 3-8)
