Privacy Policy

Inventiple Team ("Inventiple," "we," "us," or "our") operates inventiple.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this policy straightforward because we collect very little data — and we do not sell your information.
What information we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us. The primary source is our contact form, where you may provide your name, email address, subject line, and message. We use this information solely to understand your inquiry and respond to you.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or request a downloadable resource, we collect your email address so we can send the item you asked for. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages.
When you browse our site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP. This data is aggregated and used to keep the site secure, measure performance, and understand how visitors use our content. We do not use it to build individual advertising profiles.
How we use your information
We use contact form submissions exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and follow up on conversations you initiated. We do not add contact form data to unrelated marketing lists without your consent.
Newsletter and lead-magnet email addresses are used only to deliver the resource you requested and, if you remain subscribed, occasional updates about Inventiple's work, blog posts, or events. You may opt out at any time.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, credit scoring, or purposes unrelated to operating our website and communicating with prospective clients.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run this website. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- Vercel — hosts inventiple.com and related infrastructure. Vercel may process server logs and request metadata necessary to deliver pages securely.
- Sanity CMS — powers our blog and content management. Sanity does not receive contact form submissions; it stores editorial content we publish.
- Google Analytics — when enabled, helps us understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, referral sources, session duration). Google may set cookies subject to your browser settings.
- Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics — provide additional anonymised usage insights to improve site usability and performance.
- Email delivery providers — we use transactional email services to deliver contact form notifications and newsletter messages.
We do not authorise these providers to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes. Links on our site to third-party websites (LinkedIn, Clutch, etc.) are governed by those sites' policies, not this one.
How long we keep information
Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record — typically up to three years unless a longer period is required for an active client engagement or legal obligation. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses or withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and several US states have additional statutory rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@inventiple.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages.
Cookies
Our site uses essential cookies required for basic functionality and security. Analytics cookies may be set by Google Analytics and similar tools when those services are active. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect certain site features.
International transfers
Inventiple Team operates globally with teams in India, the United States, and Europe. Information you submit may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children
Our website and services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
